Good thoughts, Jon. But- there's just something about a rumptity-rump idle
on a good 'ole pushrod motor that is like music to one's ears! I hope it'll
be quite sometime before I think about swapping, so we'll se what the

Here's an idea... Since this is a future project anyway, you may
want to wait until the 5.7 HEMI comes out. That'd probably be a better
powerplant than the 360, and MIGHT even share the 4.7's engine mounts,
bellhousing, etc. There's a good chance it could be practically a
bolt-in, the way a 360 is practically a bolt-in for 318 trucks.
