Mine sprung apart when I cut the metal wire, so what I did was bolt up the
top, and and compress the shock till I was able to get it to line up with
the mount on the axle. For the fronts, that is a another story, compressing
the shock to get it on the lower control arm and line it up with the hole,
was fun....
