Transmission is out, what else should be done?

The transmission in my 96 4X4 just lost a bearing and I have pulled the
tranny out and it is at the shop right now. I am going to replace the
clutch even tho there is just 113000 Km on it, (Think that is about
70000 miles). I am replacing the gear oil and tcase fluid with
synthetic this time. Last time the dealer refused to put synthetic in
and he already had the truck up and the oil drained when I returned with
the synthetic. Something about extended warranty void and some friction
is engineered into it and it is not good for it. That was over a year
ago and I ended up loosing a bearing.

Is there anything else I should replace while I have the tranny out and
any tips on how to put it back in. I was going to put it back in the
same way I removed it. Remove all the bolts and when it falls out, you
are done. This is the first time I have removed a tranny as such, last
time was the car with front wheel drive and the motor had to be pulled
and I had a mechanic helping me. Thanks.
