  Hey!!! Great idea! I'm planning to build a center console anyway, to
mount my gauges in, I'll just put a speaker on each side! :-)

  Cool, thanks for the advice. Now, the question is, with all these front
mounting positions open to me now, :-) what is the preferred setup for a
speaker system? Should I use 3 ways in the front, or individual lows,
middles, and highs, or... ? I assume the subwoofer would be OK to leave
in the trunk, but should it be pointed toward the back seat, or otherwise?
I assume I'll need an enclosure too?
