No, it's not normal. The "grease" is brake dust and road dirt most of the
time.

Subject: DML: Brake Fluid Question

Is it normal for the brake fluid level to be dropping after three months?
Lately I have noticed spots on my inner fender wells, and an awful lot of
black grease building up on my front rims. It doesn't matter how much I
wash them, the grease never seems to go away.

Thanks for your input.
