Afternoon everyone! Its time! down to the wire now! I'm determined to get
the 4x4 working before the end of october. I need some information if you
please.

I want to put a Magnum V6 into the old premagger. I dont have the time or
funds to undertake a custom V8 swap now. What I need to knos is this:

1: Will there be any trouble bolting the new engine up to the old
transmission?
2: besides the engine computer and engine wire harness.. is there anythign
else that would need to be removed from a donor truck? Meaning will there
be any incompatibilities between the instrument cluster etc...
3:About the instument cluster... I was able to hook up my new guage cluster
with tach, with a simple plug and play deal.. nothing more involved than
plugging it in... I remember someone saying somethign about the way the tach
operates in different models (something about the engine computer) ? Anyone
think I would have problems with the tach?

IS there anything I am overlooking that I should do/not do or whatever?

Thats about it... I'm having someone do the work for me. But I would
appreciate any advice anyone can give me. Thanks
