  Weight at the front of the plane forward wouldn't have a huge impact. As
long as you added the proper amount of weight at the rear of the aircraft
(and it wouldn't have to be anywhere near the amount of weight of the
bulkhead itself) you could bring the aircraft back into balance, with the
only penalty being a decrease in payload equal to the sum of the additional
fore and aft weight.

(Weight and balance is required knowlege for the RP and PP exams.) :-)
