I know what you are feeling there. While I was at
work yesterday, listening to the radio reports of what
had happened, I wasn't feeling a sense of loss. That
came when I stopped by my parents house on my way home
later in the day. Then for the first time, I saw the
devastation. It humbled me. Especially after
watching the film clip from the Trinity Church
producer. Seeing how that aircraft penetrated the
Number 2 tower and the explosion afterwards. Then I
felt a great loss. And alot of anger. I think carpet
bombing would be a good answer to this.
Indiscriminately done. This will never rid us of the
feeeling of being violated, but it would be a start.
I dug out my old Department of Defense - Pentagon hat
that I bought when I was in DC at the age of 16. That
was back in 1982. I will wear this hat until I'm
fully over this personally.
