Someone asked about underdrive pulleys...a while back.

We have run the full March pulley set for the fourth year now.

We were trapped in bumper to bumper traffic for over two hours,
between Black Canyon City and Phoenix Az after dark this
summer.

After about 15 minutes the temp gauge climbed to the top of the
normal range. Also at idle the voltmeter was at the bottom of the
scale.

Running the idle to about 2000 brought both the temp down and
volts up.

For normal driving even at night during the summer there is no
problem.

My 92 V8 Dak eats water pumps about every 30,000 miles...under-
driving it hopefully will extend its life.

OFF-TOPIC posts.

I want to thank the moderator of this list for the posts allowed to
come through.

As someone pointed out, our playing with neat trucks is pretty
minor compared to what has happened this week.

The fact that some get upset about topics that involved the
hi-jackings and a national organization that promotes self
defense, shows either a level of ingnorance or hypocrisy that
is hard to justify.

Fact: one armed person...flight crew or citizen could have
stopped any of the crashes.

One armed person and 20,000 do not die.....do the math.

The Diane Fiensteins (who allegedly carries concealed with a
special note from the govenor) and the Rosie O'donnels( that
can hire an armed bodyguards) and the punch and judys that
seem to despise the national organization for self defense,
should shoulder the blame for dis-arming society in general and
the flight crews in particualar......

thank you

thank you very much.....

Elvis has left the building......
