They NEVER listen till it's too late. Just like I can tell my clients
they're asking for a really bad design till I'm blue in the face and
they'll ignore me, but as soon as we say "consultants from firm X said..."
they're all ears and agree to everything.
Makes you wonder what they pay us for in the first place if they refuse to
listen.
