You got the first and second right Power is the 12v input and needs to go to a
wire that is either hot all the time or turns off with the ign switch. (your
choice). It does not need to be a heavy wire because the relay is going to take
all the load off of the switch. I have never had the overhead console apart on
my 99 so i cant help with the rest. Just probe around the wires in there with a
12 volt test light to find what you need.
