The Jet chip doesn't do a whole lot. Popular mods under $500 to help the
situation:

Cold-air intake (similar to the Airaid but better) such as the Intense
Performance Stage 2
Ported throttle body
Less restrictive exhaust

The advantages of freeing up the intake won't fully be realized till you
open up the exhaust.
