I'm home tonight,looking over the Dodge repair invoice for my Dakota.
The part number for the "ring & pinion" came up as Mopar Part #P4529271.
According to my 2001 Mopar Catalog,thats for a 3.90:1 rear end ratio.
Looks like my "friend" gave me a gift.I kinda figured it out tonight
though.The Dak was quicker off the line,and had more "ummph" than she
normally does. (smile)
