On this page about half way down on the left hand side there is a listing
for dodge. The column go Make, model and year, q-forms, q-customs and then
repeats for the right hand side. The second line lists Reg cab Dakota 97-99
#ql-k3007 under the q-forms. The ext cab dakota 97-99 lists the same #
under q-forms and #ddx108 under q-customs. My guess would be that if the
q-forms have the same number the q-customs might be the same. Also they
have a generic panel that you can modify your self for your purpose. The
website also states the price at 175.
