Here's an update:

Bad news, it's not fixed.

I took the A-pillar trim off last night and it rained today, water on
the seat and carpet. WTF? So I have the better half turn a hose on it
tonight and after about 15 seconds there is a nice steady stream of
water running down from the lower corner of the headliner. Uhhh, where
the &*%$ is it coming in from?

Looks like the dealer is going to have to rip out the interior to find
this one.

Off topic:
Good news I got today, wife's 2002 Z-28 is scheduled to be built
10/22. 2 V8s in the garage in a couple of weeks...
