I'll agree with you on that Aaron. I had a 2.5L Dak before I got the
3.9. It was far from a Slug, especially once you learned how to push
it. The only draw back was when I wanted to go faster on the freeway.

BTW I even used my 2.5 to pull the 2500 lb boat and trailer to the lake
a couple times before I got the 3.9.

Ummm.. can we say budget.. Better to have a 4cyl dakota than an S10 or
Ranger.. or worse yet.. a Toyota or Nissan. And after owning 3 cars
with
2.2's in them.. I knew I liked the motor. I'd prefer to have gotten a
318 ..
