On the Suzuki, I have a harmonic problem around 3200-3300 with one of the
front sway bars...that may be a problem for him.

Actually, my catalytic convertor (actually the heat shield) makes a
clattering sound right around 2800-3000 rpm. I guess it has to do with
harmonics. Mine's the 3.9 though.
