what rear end fluid to use?

 Hey all,

     I have an auburn LSD 4.10 gears and I need to change the rear end
fluid. Does anyone know what the best fluid is? and do I need to use a
friction modifier? and does the fristion modifier help the unit grip better
or keep it from gripping as hard?
