I looked into by a "new" 99 R/T CC Solar Yellow(7000 miles never titled,
used as a promotional vehicle by the dealership) The price was right at
$17,900, got them down to $16,500, but the insurance quote was outragous
$188.00 a MONTH. I have a perfect driving record (last speeding ticket was
in 1989 and1 wreck when I hit a deer in 1988), and am over 30.
