I will back Ed up on his statements about people and cell phones. I work for
a utility company and drive around in one of them bucket truck. In the last
year I have had the cops called on me 3 times for blocking traffic.
(Flishing lights on, orange cones set out, "utility work ahead" signs set
up, and me 30 feet in the air.)

The way I see it, most drivers out there are complete morons. The best ones
are generally the semi drivers, they know how dangerous their vehicles can
be. The worst (ducking for cover) are those that are driving hopped up
pickup trucks, all makes and models including Dodge.
