That's correct. With a larger tire, you will be traveling further per revolution
of the tire/axle than the computer thinks you are. The computer is programmed
that X revolutions = 1 mile with the stock tire. A larger tire means you're
going farther in the same number of revolutions. So, your indicated
speed/distance will be lower than the actual.
