You could grab a crankcase breather filter (I think that's what it's
called). I'm pretty sure your truck has one...you might check though...my
truck has one. It's located on the right side of the engine (if you are
standing in front of the truck). They're pretty cheap...wouldn't hurt to
replace it. They're probably located pretty close to the PCV valves at your
parts store.
