I think I read that the blower fan resistors go on some of the Daks.
Mine is a 96 V8 and and I am losing my settings, think I only have the
second position left. I noticed the plug has also melted, is this a
normal thing? I finally got to drive her since August, got the
transmission in but have to figure out this metal filing thing out. I
also put a 2in body lift on it during the other half of the summer
before the tranny. I got the gear selectors lengthened, do not know if
the added enough to the 4X4 lever and they added to much to the 5speed
shifter and that is into the dash and I have a hard time to reach it in
5th. Gotta get that straightened out soon.
Anyways, is this a resistor unit and is it expensive? Thanks
