LOL, right on, Jay. If you could do by hand what you do on the auto-X track
with that Dak, you'd have a big red "S" on your chest. How many "G"s is
that around a hairpin?

Subject: DML: Warrenty/Gears

Trucks in the shop 500 miles from end of warrenty. They go changing the
differential fluid and find the the LSD had decided to implode on it's
self. Whew, 500miles later that would have cost me $1500. Good news is
the tech said if I wanted to switch over to 3.91 gears nows the time
because it would cost no labor. So ahead of schedual I'll have the
3.91's in.

Other things. The bearings in the front right wheel are bad. that's a
noise that was there from day one. So now both front wheel bearings
where bad FROM THE FACTORY, because I complained about noises from each
of them from day one and that's what turned out.

oh yeah, after 2 months of malfunction the gas cap decided to start
working properly again when I went to show the service writer the
problem.

And some serious G force pushes the muffler into the back of the drive
shaft wearing a little shinny spot. Pretty amazing actually since I
can't push the muffler hard enough by hand to get it to touch the drive
shaft.
