I have an opportunity to get a Smittybilt Outland (modular) brushguard,
never used for a good price. So...

It was bought for a 2000 Durango, will it fit my '99? I'm hoping so.
Will it mount in such a way that I can keep my Mopar tow hooks?
If not, is it strong enough that tow hooks/rings could be adapted
(Steiger-style) to it?
