I had made a bad report to chrylser one year ago about this dealership and
the same advisor. I never got anything in response. The dealership is
Koller Dodge in Naperville, Illinois. Im sure most of you have heard of it.
The other dealership I had gone to for 2 years has gone under recently due
to extremely poor service and shady sales tactics. That dealership was
Torco Dodge (they had a huge sign over right field at Wrigley Field). Maybe
ill try a not so high profile dealership this time around. Id write a
letter to Chrysler tonight but im rather ticked still so that letter would
have many curse words.
