It sounds like you are saying Gen 2s are faster..I may agree with that. I
owned one. But I totaled my gen 1 when I missed deer on a dirt road, I hit
a big rock, bent the frame and put it on its side (no airbags on an 87). I
was ok, and I still drove it home!
