sorta'... panhards don't really help much in a leaf-spring rear suspension
because the leafs limit the axles side-to-side motion a lot, which is all a
panhard does. A lot of bag setups retain the leafs, but use a single
de-arched leaf spring. Here, once again, the panhard isn't really worth the
cost since the leafs are still present (and it limits the amount you can
dump the truck). If you decide to go to a 3link or 4link setup then you will
benifit from the panhard a lot more since the axle is more likely to move
side-to-side.
With stock suspension, to be honest, they are a waste of money =(
