I got one of these and thought I'd post for anyone else interested.
The actual frame itself is horridly cheap construction and plating. I
don't expect this frame to last long before rust sets in.
The indiglo piece comes separate, with adhesive backing. The wires are
really thin but appear sturdily attached and there is a little inverter box
in line. The indiglo when lighted is very good brightness without being
glaring. In daylight the lettering is blue and the background is a
metallic silver.
Since the indiglo piece is separate, someone could very easily place it
somewhere else in a custom project. I think I'm going to order up a
better frame and stick this to it.
