Anyone else's Gen III Dak blow foglamp bulbs?

I've had my Dak for just over 4 years now and have put about
7 foglamp bulbs plus tomorrow I need to buy another one. I
seem to replace each of them once a year. Anyone else have
this problem? Now, my father in law's Ram is a little newer,
but has basically the same mileage and he has never replaced
one yet. Kind of odd.
