Jerry,
It is tough! The job requires ten-inch long prehensile fingers with
extraordinary strength at the tips ;-) plus small hands.
Push in (towards the front of the truck) while turning. When you have the
bulbs out you have done the easy part.
Now you have to get the ring and bulb oriented correctly while pushing and
turning to get the bulbs back in place.
