Header bolt torque? Revisited

Okay, now I realize this question has probably been asked a zillion times
before, but after searching the archives a bit I couldn't come up with a
definitive answer.

My JBA header bolts are overdue for a re-torque. I've read anywhere from
20-30 lbs to "as tight as you can get 'em" ... JBA instructions say "to
manufacturer's specs" (whatever that is). I've also read it's almost
impossible to get a torque wrench on those buggers.

Can anyone tell me (if I can even get the damn wrench on) what I should
torque those bolts to?

Thanks in advance for any help!!
