Since it got cold out, my steering goes about 1/2 a turn easily then gets
stiff, then goes easy again from lock to lock, then does not do it again
unless I leave it parked for about 3 hours or longer. The temperature
around here is about -20C.

I have not taken it to a dealership since I need an oil change in 200KM
