The problem you are haveing is called "morning sickness" its called this
because it usually happens at the first start up of the day ie: when its
cold. Its caused by internal leakage around the directional control valve
from wear in the control valve houseing bore. In short your rack is wearing
out and you said it only did it a few times last year this year is more
often and it'll only get worse.
