If you are running the Defroster, that's why the A/C clutch is turning
ON and OFF. If you're not, something else is "fishy".

Hey, Bernd! You'd probably know this one. In Illinois, the nasty cold
is upon us, and sitting at a stop light once the engine warms up, my
compressor keeps cycling in and out as the heater runs. Same prob in
the summer with the a/c. At least, I guess it's the compressor. Is
this abnormal, or did it just come that way to annoy people. Kevin G.
