you don't need a cam to run the PCM, you will need springs and pushrods to
safely turn over 5400ish RPM... which is counter-productive since you'd be
way past the limits of the stock cam at that time.

you can stroke a 318, but you'd have more cubes and come out cheaper
dropping in a 360
