Is it normal for the front wheels to be very difficult to turn by hand with
the front end of fthe ground? I don't mean a steering motion, I'm talking
about grabbing the tire and spinning it like it's rolling.
When I try to spin the wheel, it takes effort, and I hear a
rubbing/grinding sound. It's always done this. I can only think of wheel
bearings or the brakes not fully releasing. But if the brakes didn't fully
release, I'd have almost no pad left on the originals at 43K, right?
