So this would mean that you could install AFTERMARKET tires and your
warranty is void? That's not legal and not right!!

No, I think he meant that his suspicion (about it being a contract vs.
warranty, and therefore cancelable, and furhtermore, the line in said
contract about modifications from stock voiding it) was correct.
