Which portable mp3/cd player?

Since my mp3 collection is growing at an exponential rate, I'd like to be
able to play them in my truck. I don't want to replace my head unit so I'm
thinking of a portable mp3/cd player to play thru the head unit that I can
also use in my car. Some features I'm looking for: No skip, displays song
titles, ability to search thru folders, backlit LCD, resume same song after
shut down, line out, plays cd-r/cdr-w, car kit. Any suggestions? Thanks
