Wierd, it almost sounds like to me the computer is sensing the vehicle is at
max speed of 95 Mph, and it really is not ,thinking this it shuts it down,
the speed limiter is set in the Pcm from the factory. I would ask for a
Computer check, or take a gamble and buy a new one, costly it is.. It really
sounds like a bad engine control module.(computer)
