While I hate to see a Dodge get slammed, the 4.7 is too weak an engine for
that truck. The 360 is too weak an engine for that truck without
modification. The average Ram is well over 5,000 pounds. That's why I
ordered a Dak instead of a Ram. The 4.7 is well suited to the Dak in terms
of power to weight ratio. In the Ram, especially with an automatic, it's
just not enough.
