Neil, did anyone, by chance, mix in some of that orange "extended-life"
coolant? The green and orange coolants, when mixed together, has been known
to do so pretty nasty stuff to a motor. Just wondering. 40,000 miles does
seem early for that extent of corrosion to occur.
