sway bar question

Hi,

I got a 1993 Dakota V6 std. cab, short bed. I lowered the truck with BellTech spindles, Hanger and schackles.
To get a better handling by driving I want to add a sway bar, by default there is no installed.
What are the differences between sway bars in the rear and in the front?
Which sway bar schould I buy?
