I have a black truck and while washing it today I noticed on the hood some
very strange looking spots, some are dots, others are misshapen so I assume
that it is from something dripping on the truck opposed to rocks falling on
it because that is what it really looks like, when I look close the paint is
all cracked, very strange and will not wax out, any suggestions on how to fix
them or what it is
