well, by no means do have a powerful truck, but I do have the powertrax
locker...I would say that it resembles what you r/t guys go through...it's
not that bad. I heard from so many people that I might as well park the
truck for the winter...not one bit! I can't accelerate around turns but I
don't care. There is no reason to drive like an idiot in the winter
anyhow..so I am fine and dandy! plus I like the challenge...when I start
from a dead stop it loves to go to the right but after a quick push of the
clutch and release fixes that.

We just had a little ice/sleet/snow "storm" here in DFW, Texas. I don't
have an r/t but my truck has the 5.9 V8. The worse part is getting started
once you come to a stop....especially if you're at a light facing uphill.
For the most part, I have to coast across the intersection without giving
any throttle (the plus of having torque) and if I do give some gas, the
wheels will spin freely very easily (the minus of having the torque). Being
a heavy truck, I always try to make sure I leave enough stopping distance
ahead of me or at least a path or two to avoid an obstacle ahead.
Take your time
Leave early
Save doing the donuts for wide-open parking lots
