Why Gen II?
Let's look at Chevy's Monte Carlo.
70-72 was one body style. gen I
73-77 was another style. GenII
78-81 was another. Gen III
82-88 was another. Gen IV
BUT-frame, suspension drivetrain, etc are basically all the same-from the
muscle cars of the early 70s through the l-o-n-g rides of the mid to late
70s through the shrunk in the washing machine models of the very late 70s
and very early 80s to the most desired of Montes, the 82-88 models.
Same with the Daks-body changed, but underpinnings are pretty much the same.
