Apologies to digest DMLers

It has just come to my attention that I made an error in the
setup of the list. As a result, DMLers who are on the digest
version could get DML mail but any posts would be bounced with
a message saying that you were not a member, and could not post.

I have since fixed the problem, so everybody should be able to
post now. Sorry about that!
