I would suggest saving the money and spending it on a good throttle body
and/or PCM. You can run a performance exhaust and stock manifolds without a
cat, it'll give you a great sound and wont kill your torque. The stock
manifolds flow extremely well and headers are expensive and really only
needed if your putting lots of other stuff on like heads, cam, roller
rockers, intake manifold, throttle body, etc.
