see if theres a fuse (doubtful) for the fuel pump
or a "run" fuse.

next, remove fuel line from pressure reg. (smaller line)
and CAREFULLY have someone w/ quick reflexs turn key on
while holding line over coffee can or ?? to catch gas to
see if the pump is actually working. if gas is coming out
w/ key on then get a pressure gauge and see if its pumping
60? or so PSI.

next, if no gas check the "fuel pump relay", $15 or so.
its easiest to just replace the relay.

if above dont work, drop the tank and replace fuel pump. :(
