If you are talking about resetting the PCM, (not knowing what a MIL is),
disconnect the neg bat terminal, turn the key on for fifteen sec... then
recconnect.

I've got a 99 Dakota 3.9 and need to read a code that
just popped up. I've tried cycling the key threw many
different patters but haven't found the right one yet
to make the MIL flash... Can this be done somehow?
Are there contacts that can be jumpered to make it
flash?
